Terms of Service for Keplex

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as the "User", "you" or "your") and the developer of the Keplex application (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"), governing your download, installation, access and use of the Keplex (the "App").
These Terms apply globally to all users without any nationality, regional or identity restrictions. By downloading, installing or using this App, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agreed to abide by all clauses of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please stop all use of the App immediately.
1. Service Overview
Keplex is a standalone offline astronomical science popularization App based on SwiftUI and SceneKit, dedicated to providing 3D solar system simulation, celestial body orbit display, astronomical knowledge encyclopedia, quiz learning and galaxy switching functions. All core computing logic including celestial body orbit calculation based on Kepler orbital elements, time axis control and local data operation runs completely on your local iOS device.
The third-party development frameworks involved in the App source code (including but not limited to Alamofire, SocketIO, Facebook SDK, AppsFlyer) are only redundant template residues. These frameworks are not activated, invoked or executed during the actual operation of the App, and will not participate in any network request, data transmission or user data processing behavior.
2. License Grant & Usage Scope
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable personal license to download, install and use the App for your personal, non-commercial, educational and entertainment purposes on your personal iOS device. This license does not include any commercial use, secondary development or authorized sharing rights.
You are strictly prohibited from the following behaviors:
- Decompiling, reverse engineering, modifying, tampering with, cracking or deriving the source code, logic and functions of the App;
- Using the App for commercial promotion, profit-making activities, illegal or improper purposes;
- Copying, replicating, distributing, leasing, selling or transferring the App or its derivative works to any third party;
- Interfering with or destroying the normal operation logic and local function mechanism of the App.
3. User Data & Local Storage Rules
We strictly adhere to the zero-data processing principle. The App does not collect, store, upload or transmit any of your personal information, device information and usage records to any server or third party.
All personalized data generated during your use, including but not limited to 3D celestial body viewing settings, orbit display preferences, time control records, knowledge quiz results, galaxy system switching configurations, avatar editing content and in-app virtual coin data, are only stored locally on your iOS device. All local data is completely controlled by you. Uninstalling the App will permanently clear all relevant local data, and we have no right or ability to obtain, view or recover your local data.
4. In-App Virtual Item Rules
The App provides virtual coin recharge entry, which is a local stub service for functional experience demonstration only. All virtual coins in the App are virtual in-app props with no real cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred externally or used for any off-app consumption scenarios.
We do not provide real payment settlement services, nor do we record any user payment information, order data and transaction records. All in-app purchase behaviors are completed and verified independently through the official Apple App Store channel, and we do not obtain any user payment-related information.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights of the App are fully reserved by us, including but not limited to source code, program logic, interface design, text content, 3D model resources, astronomical knowledge materials, icon trademarks and all visual and text content in the App.
You may not copy, quote, modify, disseminate or use any of the App's intellectual property resources for commercial or public purposes without our written authorization. Any unauthorized infringement of our intellectual property rights will constitute a violation of these Terms, and we reserve the right to pursue legal liabilities.
6. Service Disclaimer
The astronomical knowledge, 3D simulation data and celestial body operation logic provided by the App are for popular science and personal reference only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy, completeness and real-time performance of all astronomical data, and the App shall not be used as a basis for professional astronomical research, aerospace decision-making and commercial application.
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will operate uninterrupted, error-free or fully compatible with all iOS device models and system versions. We shall not be liable for any local data loss, device abnormality or usage impact caused by system upgrades, device failures or user manual operations.
We are not responsible for any indirect losses, incidental losses or derivative losses caused by your use of this App.
7. Service Update & Termination
We reserve the right to optimize, iterate, adjust or terminate App functions at any time according to development plans and technical maintenance needs. We may release version updates to fix bugs, optimize functions or update popular science content.
We have the right to terminate your use authorization if you violate any provisions of these Terms. After the termination of the service authorization, you shall immediately stop using the App and delete all App programs and local data stored on your device.
8. Terms Revision
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will take effect immediately after being displayed in the latest App version. Your continued use of the App after the revision of the Terms shall be deemed as your acceptance of the updated clauses.

10. General Provisions
These Terms are globally applicable and effective for all users. No regional, nationality or local legal restrictive clauses are set. If any single clause of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the validity of the remaining clauses shall not be affected in any way.
